（中央社台北3日電）新華社報導，中國大陸官員在昨晚的記者會表示，長江客輪東方之星沉船事件救援工作分秒必爭，晚上將挑燈夜戰，通宵達旦。
在昨晚10點多舉行的東方之星沉船事件第二次新聞發佈會上，交通運輸部部長楊傳堂、國家衛計委主任李斌、總參謀長助理馬宜明分別介紹了目前現場救援和傷員救治情況。
楊傳堂介紹說，交通、海事、海軍等共同作戰，潛水員已經到位，科學合理地分配下水檢查，從長沙調來的500噸級的大型打撈工程船昨晚6時許已到達現場，另一艘500噸級打撈船也將於今早到達。
楊傳堂說，目前，沿長江縣市正全力做好沿江搜救工作，尋找人員。
馬宜明說，截至昨晚9時，軍隊和武警官兵共出動4628人參與救援，海軍三大艦隊均派出救援力量，全力搜救沉船人員。
馬宜明表示，截至昨晚9時，出動民兵和預備役人員1300人，動用運八飛機2架、直升機8架、68艘各型艇舟、2支部隊醫療救護隊等參與救援工作。海軍三大艦隊和海軍工程大學、廣州軍區派出180餘名潛水員緊急趕赴現場。海軍工程大學潛水員到達現場後，連續搜救出2名生還者。
馬宜明表示，按照相關安排，今夜將挑燈夜戰。海軍和海事部門人員將一個艙室一個艙室進行檢查。
李斌說，多地醫療專家已匯聚湖北監利，正全力救治客船翻沉事故人員。1040603
